The most unique teambuilding experience yet...
To get extraordinary results you need to use extraordinary methods!
This programme delivers high-impact, off-site learning experiences with direct business benefits. We take your team out into the public domain to perform specific tasks that will engage your team both intellectually and emotionally to provoke real change. Expect public presentations, live negotiations and much more in fun, out-of-the-comfort-zone experiences.
The fact that you're reading this means that you have been inspired enough to find out more about this freaky, fun event that focuses on core fears. We read the book ‘Who moved my cheese?’ by Spencer Johnson and took away a very critical life lesson:
“What Would You Do If You Weren't Afraid?"
You might be interested to know that we have worked closley with one of the World's largest banks to develop a teambuilding experience that is… let's say different.
"If you want your team to negotiate with confidence, present with passion and work together as one, this is the experience for you – stand alone or to compliment any other training programme."
Benefits you're probably aware of:
- A confident and motivated team particularly in presentations, negotiation, meetings and sales
- A team that will learn they can achieve a lot more than they could ever imagine
- A shared, fun team day that we guarantee will be remembered
- Out-of-the-box thinking that will help generate ideas and stimulate minds
Just before you call us, and as you consider the benefits of this programme you might like to think about how efficient it will be combining fun, extraordinary experinces with direct learning to enhance your teams performance.
Why do this?
You're probably aware of the fact that when we are under pressure we can become stressed or anxious. Imagine, if you will, a sales team, they are under pressure to hit targets. One particular individual is finding it particularly difficult today because he has all sorts of pressures from home, his partner is giving him grief for not bringing home bonuses. And he becomes anxious and all flappy at work - thus escalating the problem of under-performance.
When we experience our public performances or step outside of our comfort zones it provokes very similar feelings - anxious, nervousness, fear of rejection. By practicing these feelings, provoking them if you will, in a fun environment we become familiar with this uncertainty. We undertake the unusual task at hand, laugh considerably and survive. Now we have a different anchor for the feelings of anxiety and nervousness.
The next time we feel those feelings (meeting sales targets, negotiation, presentation, sales pitch) our bodies associate with survival instead of rejection.
Our fear of public performance comes from deep down when we were cave-like people. If we made a mistake, made a fool of ourself or showed any sign of having a weak gene pool then we automatically reduced our chances of survival and replication. Imagine your tribe of 50 people. If they think or know you're gene pool is weak then you're not going to be replicating (or surviving).
Now we have been through these experiences hundreds of times it is a given. The more times we do these acts of breaking our regular thinking and acting patterns the more we become ready for the next, more daunting task.
