Team Building

Beat up your staff!

Great for:

Away Days - Implementing Change – Recruitment Periods – Motivation - Entertaining Clients

It works. And we deliver. The BBC are raving about the benefits of drumming, it's all over the medai (see links at the bottom of this page). They emphasise the mental and physical benefits, they even said something about drummers being fitter than professional footballers! I wholeheartedly agree.

It's also good to know that, where required, we can deliver your business message either through metaphors or directly.

Video:

November 2008

This team were already fit for a stage performance only half way through their 2 hour team building session:

"To learn drumming was such great fun, for all members of our team, irrespective of cultural background or age. Rich, Mark and Mikey with their excellent instruction and enthusiasm when playing the drums created such a lively atmosphere that helped everybody to relax and enjoy the activity. Thank you!" Unilever

Benefits:

Communication is the key to life. When we communicate effectively we are successful. When we drum together we need to communicate, we need to listen and watch, and then output our response through the instrument in front of us. Our teambuilding event brings the group together for a session of absolute communication that is relaxing, empowering, de-stressing, exciting and most of all fun!

You can bring as many or as few people are you desire. The interactive teambuilding drumming process breaks down barriers, relieves stress and has a great unifying effect. You play, inhibitions become transparent, and group dynamics are heightened.

Average Time:

1 hour, 1 day, 1 week.

What Happens?

When you have chosen the theme of the session from the numerous workshops offered we will tailor it to suit your requirements.

We all meet at your chosen venue, everyone is given a drum or instrument depending on the workshop. From here on all sessions are quite unique. We begin with basic rhythms and then allow you, as a group, to control the session almost like a band. We guide and introduce new rhythms as and when required depending on the ability of the group.
